With more than 30 records broken since 2019 and an annual movement that reached 58.4 million tons in 2022, the ports of Paraná serve small and large producers. To attract even more cargo and publicize the advantages of importing and exporting through the ports of Paranaguá and Antonina, the State Government is launching a new institutional campaign this week.
Produced in partnership by the public company Portos do Paraná and the State Secretariat for Communication, the materials reinforce the state’s port terminals as the best option for connecting Paraná’s business with the world. The pieces speak of the competitive differentials in innovation, sustainability, efficiency and agility in movements.
“Paraná has a unique grain export model, which makes shipping efficient and allows the exporter to achieve better negotiations at the time of sale. For animal protein producers, we will offer the largest structure for refrigerated containers in Latin America, being the largest chicken exporters in the world”, highlights the director-president of Portos do Paraná, Luiz Fernando Garcia.
Based on the motto “a sea of opportunities in your land”, the campaign talks about infrastructure, strategic location and care for the environment. “The Port of Paranaguá is the first Brazilian public port to win the international Ecoports certificate, the most important certification in the world focused on environmental management. It is a seal that guarantees a good position for our customers in the international market”, says Garcia.
Next Friday (16th), the advantages of doing business through the ports of Paraná will be exposed to state cooperative leaders, at the Forum of Presidents of the Ocepar System, in Foz do Iguaçu.
