Vice governor will take office soon and announced investments

The vice-governor, Cida Borghetti who attended Intermodal fair this week, informed that the state of Paraná government intends to invest in the port of Paranagua R$ 725 million as from now until 2020.  She boosted that this amount will be applied for dredging continuous maintenance for R$ 488 million. It will be also invested in the port´s modernization and maintenances whereas it is also included the building of pier 201 extension for R$183 million still in 2018. Mrs. Borghetti should take office in April 2018, as Governor Mr. Beto Richa, will leave the office to run for senate in the November forthcoming national elections.  She said also they plan to arrange underwater rocks demolition thus increasing depth in some points at inner and outer anchorages so as in the port of Antonia located up rover. Experienced political analysts believe it is a pre-political campaign talk considering that her term will be very short.
