Paraná (Paranaguá and Antonina ports)
São Paulo (Santos and São Sebastião ports)
Rio de Janeiro (Rio de Janeiro, Niterói, Itaguaí, Angra dos Reis, Mangaratiba, Búzios, Arraial do Cabo – Forno ports)
Espírito Santo (Vitória, Capuaba, Paul, Tubarão, Praia Mole, TVV, Portocel, Ponta Ubu Ports) Minas Gerais, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul and Federal District

Therefore, our clocks will be advanced in 1 hour at time reference GMT -2.

All other States it will continue as it is, say, local time reference GMT-3.
